DNS is what?

  Today around 5.00pm, suddenly the connection like very down and slow (actually everyday also slow... what to do?) I realize that i can only online for MSN purpose and download while browser for web site is totally blocked. I thought my modem got problem (computer noob ma, so like that lo...), I faster go and find my friend in MSN list. He make me dono want to cry or laugh.

  He just give some hints and ask me to surf net during DNS error or DNS down or whatever DNS... So i surf on the network for about 70 minutes like an idiot. I learnt many new things like using ip instead of url and many others more...cache also quite important, but I just cannot login to check mail, not even watch youtube. Luckily it turn back into normal when 6.30pm, almost one and a half hours...

This is what i get no matter what i type for the url...sad case... So learn how to surfing net without DNS.
